SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

1. Service Description and ConsentBUU VUU, PLLC ("we," "us," or "the Firm") utilizes Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) to provide clients with appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, transaction updates, and essential service notifications regarding real estate activities. By providing your mobile telephone number, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated messages from the Firm.

2. Opt-Out and Revocation of ConsentYou may revoke your consent to receive mobile messages at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from the Firm. Following your request to opt-out, you will receive one (1) final automated text message confirming your unsubscription. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS correspondence from our system unless you proactively re-enroll through our initial opt-in procedures.

Message frequency is periodic and varies based on your engagement with our real estate services and scheduling needs.
